1. Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, mobile number and optional email address.
- Order or request information such as selected products, variants, quantities, PIN code, notes, transaction references and order status.
- Technical information needed for security and site operation, such as session data, browser information and a protected hash derived from the request IP address.
- Payment status and transaction references received from PayU or another disclosed payment provider when payments are enabled. We do not store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer product requests, verify availability, process and fulfil orders, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records, comply with law and resolve cancellations, refunds or disputes.
3. When information is shared
For the current request service, information is used by Soni Innovations and its hosting or technology providers as needed to handle your request. If a paid order is accepted in future, relevant information may also be shared with the disclosed payment processor, delivery providers or banks to process that order. We may disclose information to advisers or authorities where legally required. PayU is not currently collecting payments through this site. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website uses a session cookie for security and stores your cart in your browser’s local storage. These technologies help retain selections, prevent request abuse and operate the admin area. Clearing browser data may remove your cart.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including accounting, legal, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain by law or for legitimate transaction and dispute purposes. Email support@shitalfin.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant request or order.
7. Updates
We may update this policy prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version.
